60-Minute Session

1. How much does each session cost?

Each session is priced based on average prices for this service in various countries worldwide. Please contact us to receive a rate card for the area / country in which you reside.

2. Where will each session take place?

Sessions will take place online. The platform used will be decided between Happy Minds and the client prior to each appointment.

3. Do I need to bring anything with me to a session?

It is advised that first time clients bring a piece of paper and a pen/pencil with them to their first session. Thereafter, if anything is needed in a session, Happy Minds will inform the client via email. 

4. What is the difference between each type of session?

The initial assessment is intended for those who are unsure which type of coaching they need. This session will entail a broad discussion identifying any potential educational areas that may need attention. The study skills and brain-based learning sessions offer tailored, evidence-based learning strategies for various subjects across every grade. The academic coaching sessions allow students to learn practical skills, like time management, coping mechanisms, and staying motivated, that may applied in everyday learning. The career guidance session are specifically tailored to explore each students' interests and strengths, opening discussion for possible directions moving into the future. The school resilience and peer navigation sessions centre on developing confidence in the social aspects of school and learning, including boosting self-esteem, handling conflict, and nurturing friendships.

5. How do I pay for my session?

Each client will be sent an invoice prior to each session via email, which will require an EFT payment to be made before the session.

Please note that cancelling an appointment 1 day (24 hours) prior to the session means the client is liable for full payment of the session. Failure to attend the appointment will also result in liability of full payment of the session.
